Vuoden 4H-yritys kilpailu - 4-H Business of the Year Competition

Vuoden 4H-yritys -kilpailuun voivat osallistua kaikki kuluneen vuoden aikana toiminnassa olleet 4H-yritykset sekä yritysryhmät.

Kilpailuun osallistuvat esikarsitaan ja parhaat pääsevät Suomen 4H-liiton kokoaman asiantuntijatuomariston arvioitaviksi. Finaaliin päässeiltä 4H-yrittäjiltä pyydetään lyhyet videopitchaukset tuomariston päätöksen tueksi. Pitchaus tarkoittaa liikeideasi lyhyttä, tiivistä esittelemistä videon muodossa.

Voittanut yritys sekä 2. ja 3. sija palkitaan rahapalkinnoilla. Kilpailussa voidaan antaa kunniamainintoja ja lisäksi palkitaan yleisön suosikkiyritys yleisöäänestyksellä. Vuoden 4H-yritys julkistetaan maaliskuussa 2026.

Lisäksi voidaan antaa kunniamainintoja 100 €/kpl.

Arvioinnissa kiinnitetään huomiota liikeidean toimivuuteen, yrityksen kannattavuuteen, kestävään kehitykseen sekä markkinointiin ja viestintään. Toimintakertomus on tärkeä osa kilpailuun osallistumista. Tee toimintakertomus mahdollisimman huolellisesti, sillä se on tuomaristolle näyttö yrityksesi toiminnasta.

Osallistu kilpailuun jäsenkortin kautta

Kilpailuun osallistutaan vuoden 2025 yritystoiminnalla. Osallistu kilpailuun täyttämällä jäsenkortiltasi löytyvä kilpailulomake 15.1. mennessä. Käy jo etukäteen tutustumassa kilpailulomakkeeseen, jotta voit valmistautua vastaamaan kysymyksiin.

Näin täytät kilpailun osallistumistiedot jäsenkortille:

  1. Kirjaudu jäsenkortillesi oma.4h.fi.

  2. Avaa yrityksesi tiedot.

  3. Täytä ensin kuluvan vuoden seurantatiedot. Seurantatiedot pitää täyttää ennen kuin voit osallistua kilpailuun.

  4. Klikkaa auki kohta ’4H-yrityskilpailu on käynnissä! OSALLISTU’.

  5. Vastaa kysymyksiin ja liitä pyydetyt tiedostot. Täytä kysymykset huolellisesti. Liitä kuvat, jossa näyt itse ja joka myös kuvaa yritystoimintaasi. Voit liittää useamman kuvan.

  6. Muista tallentaa lopuksi. Osallistuminen on vietävä loppuun kerralla. Et voi myöhemmin muokata kilpailutietoja.

All 4H businesses and business groups that have been active during the past year are eligible to participate in the 4H Business of the Year competition.

Entries will undergo a preliminary screening, and the top contenders will be evaluated by a panel of experts assembled by the Finnish 4H Association. 4H entrepreneurs who make it to the finals will be asked to submit short video pitches to support the jury’s decision. A pitch is a brief, concise presentation of your business idea in video format.

The winning company, as well as the 2nd and 3rd place winners, will receive cash prizes. Honorable mentions may be awarded in the competition, and the audience’s favorite company will also be recognized through a public vote. The 4H Company of the Year will be announced in March 2026.

Honorable mentions may also be awarded, each worth €100.

The evaluation will focus on the viability of the business idea, the company’s profitability, sustainable development, and marketing and communication. The annual report is an important part of participating in the competition. Prepare your annual report as carefully as possible, as it serves as evidence of your company’s operations for the jury.

Enter the competition using your membership card

The competition is based on business activities in the year 2025. Enter the competition by filling out the competition form found on your membership card by January 15. Take a look at the competition form in advance so you can prepare to answer the questions.

Here’s how to fill out the competition entry information on your membership card:

Log in to your membership card at oma.4h.fi.

Open your company’s information.

First, fill in the tracking information for the current year. You must complete the tracking information before you can enter the competition.

Click on the section ‘The 4H Business Competition is underway! ENTER’.

Answer the questions and attach the requested files. Fill out the questions carefully. Attach photos that show you and also illustrate your business activities. You can attach multiple photos.

Remember to save when you’re done. You must complete the entry in one go. You cannot edit your competition details later.
