Kiinnostaako sinua lähteä ryhmänohjaajaksi peruskoululaisille ja tukemaan nuorten harrastamista?
4H-kerhot pyörivät ympäri vuoden (koulujen lukuvuoden aikana) ja pääsääntöisesti uudet ryhmät alkavat syksyllä ja alkuvuodesta, mutta joskus on myös poikkeuksia.
Jos 4H-kerhonohjaajaksi ryhtyminen kiinnostaa ja sinulla on hyvä kerho idea, voit laittaa meille avoimen hakemuksen ja olemme sinuun yhteydessä, mikäli kerhopaikka on vapaana tai uuden kerhon aloittaminen ideallasi olisi mahdollista.
Tampereen kaupungin, Lupa harrastaa kerhojen ohjaajan tulee olla 18-vuotta täyttänyt.
4H-yhdistyksen ja ohjaajan itsensä ideoimiin kerhoihin ikäraja on 15-vuotta.
Tarpeen ja kysynnän mukaan järjestämme myös Osaava kerhonohjaaja koulutuksia kerhonohjaajillemme.

Open Call for Club Leaders
Are you interested in becoming a group leader for elementary school students and supporting young people’s hobbies?
4H clubs run year-round (during the school year), and new groups generally start in the fall and early spring, though there are sometimes exceptions.
If you’re interested in becoming a 4H club leader and have a great club idea, you can submit an open application, and we’ll contact you if a club position is available or if starting a new club based on your idea is possible.
In the City of Tampere, 4H club leaders must be at least 18 years old.
For clubs initiated by the 4H Association or the leader themselves, the age limit is 15 years.
Depending on need and demand, we also organize “Skilled Club Leader” training sessions for our club leaders.
