TUUNAA SUN KESÄDUUNI-VALMENNUS
Mikä? Tuunaa sun Kesäduuni-valmennus on nuorten yritysvalmennus. Valmennuksen aikana nuori perustaa oman yrityksen ja voi näin työllistää itse itsensä. Valmennuksesta puhutaan siksi, että tämä on laajempi kuin järjestön oma 4H-yrityskurssi. Valmennus toteutetaan yhteistyössä Tampereen kaupungin nuorisopalveluiden kanssa. Yhdistykseltä tulevat materiaalit ja 4H-yrityskurssin sisältö, Tampereen kaupungin nuorisopalveluilta nuorisotyön näkökulmasta nuorten ohjaus. Toki yhdessä suunnittelemme valmennuksen rungon ja kertojen tarkemmat sisällöt ja annamme ohjausta valmennuksen aikana nuorille. Jokaiselle yrittäjälle mietitään yhdessä yritysohjaaja, joka auttaa, tukee ja kannustaa nuorta omassa yritystoiminnassa. Kurssin aikana on nuorten yrittäjien ja yritysohjaajien yhteinen tapaaminen. Lisäksi muutamilla kerroilla on ulkopuolinen vierailija. Kurssin ohjaajina toimivat Tampereen 4H-yhdistyksen toiminnanjohtaja sekä kaksi nuoriso-ohjaajaa Tampereen kaupungin nuorisopalveluilta. Ennen valmennuksen alkua kurssia markkinoidaan kouluille Wilman ja Helmen kautta, jotka ovat viestintävälineitä kodin ja koulun välillä. Helmi on käytössä peruskoulussa ja Wilma toisella asteella. Näiden lisäksi käymme kertomassa kouluissa tästä valmennuksesta ja markkinoimme valmennusta myös eri tapahtumissa ennen sen alkua.
Kenelle? Valmennus on tarkoitettu kaikille 13 - 28 vuotiaille nuorille, joilla on halu kokeilla olisiko yrittäjyys se oma juttu.
Milloin? Valmennus järjestetään keväisin, jotta valmennuksessa mukanaolevat nuoret voivat hyödyntää kesän omassa yritystoiminnassa. Valmennus alkaa yleensä maaliskuussa ja kestää toukokuun loppuun. Info ja valmennuskerrat pidetään Monitoimitalo 13 (Satakunnankatu 13, Tampere)
CUSTOMIZE YOUR SUMMER JOB COACHING
What is it? “Customize Your Summer Job Coaching” is a business coaching program for young people. During the program, participants start their own business and can thus create their own jobs. We refer to this as “training” because it is more comprehensive than the organization’s own 4H business course. The training is carried out in collaboration with the City of Tampere’s Youth Services. The association provides the materials and the content of the 4H business course, while the City of Tampere’s Youth Services provide guidance for the young people from a youth work perspective. Of course, we plan the framework of the training and the specific content of each session together, and we provide guidance to the young people during the training. For each young entrepreneur, we will jointly assign a business mentor who will help, support, and encourage the young person in their business activities. During the course, there will be a joint meeting between the young entrepreneurs and their business mentors. Additionally, there will be an external guest speaker on a few sessions. The course is led by the executive director of the Tampere 4H Association and two youth counselors from the City of Tampere’s youth services. Before the training begins, the course is promoted to schools through Wilma and Helmi, which are communication tools between home and school. Helmi is used in elementary school and Wilma in secondary school. In addition to these, we visit schools to talk about this training and also promote it at various events before it begins.
Who is it for? The program is open to all young people aged 13–28 who want to see if entrepreneurship is right for them.
When? The program is held in the spring so that participants can use the summer to work on their own business ventures. The program usually begins in March and runs through the end of May. Information sessions and training sessions are held at Monitoimitalo 13 (Satakunnankatu 13, Tampere)
