Kerhonohjaaja - club instructror

Lähde 4H-kerhonohjaaja kurssille ja ryhdy lastenohjaajaksi 4H-kerhoon. Kerhonohjaaja koulutuksen jälkeen voit toimia 4H-kerhonohjajana paikallisessa yhdistyksessä.  Kerhonohjauksesta maksetaan korvausta, mutta suurimmat ilon hetket koetaan kerhoissa, yhdessä oppimalla. Onko kokkaus sinun vahvuutesi? Kiinnostaako lemmikit ja lemmikkien hoito? Kerhonohjaajana voit itse vaikuttaa kerhon sisältöön sekä ajankohtaan.

Osaava kerhonohjaaja-koulutus valmentaa nuoria toimimaan kerhojen ohjaustehtävissä. Koulutuksesta saa todistuksen. Koulutukseen tulee ilmoittautua etukäteen lomakkeella. Koulutus on maksuton. (Koulutukseen otetaan max. 15 nuorta)


Koulutuksen jälkeen nuori

  • osaa suunnitella ja ohjata kerhoillan,

  • osaa tehdä kerholle toimintasuunnitelman,

  • osaa hyödyntää leikkejä ja erilaisia menetelmiä,

  • osaa tiedottaa ja raportoida kerhon toiminnasta,

  • osaa arvioida kerhon onnistumista sekä

  • tietää, mistä saa tarvittaessa lisätietoa.

  • tuntee oman roolinsa kerhonohjaajana

Kurssit sisältävät myös koti- ja välitehtäviä

Sign up for the 4-H Club Leader course and become a youth leader for a 4-H club. After completing the training, you can serve as a 4-H club leader in your local association. Club leadership is compensated, but the greatest moments of joy are experienced in the clubs, through learning together. Is cooking your strength? Are you interested in pets and pet care? As a club leader, you can influence the club’s activities and schedule yourself.

Get excited and join us to learn by doing together!

The Skilled Club Leader Training prepares young people to take on club leadership roles. You’ll receive a certificate upon completion. You must register for the training in advance using the form. The training is free of charge. (A maximum of 15 young people will be accepted into the training)

After the training, the young person

will be able to plan and lead a club evening,

will be able to create an activity plan for the club,

will be able to utilize games and various methods,

will be able to communicate and report on the club’s activities,

will be able to evaluate the club’s success, and

will know where to find additional information if needed.

will understand their role as a club leader

The courses also include homework and assignments.

Tapahtumaohjaaja

Kiinnostaako sinua toimia apulaisena 4H-tapahtumissa? 

Työllistämme vuosittain useita nuoria apulaisiksi erilaisiin 4H-tapahtumiin. Tapahtumaohjaajana toimit avustajana esim. lasten ohjaajana kalastuspäivässä, messujen toimintapisteellä tai apuna tapahtuma pisteiden kasauksessa ja purussa. 

Tapahtumaohjaajien koulutuksia / perehdytyksiä järjestämme tarpeen mukaan.


 

Event Assistant

Are you interested in working as an assistant at 4H events?

Every year, we hire several young people to work as assistants at various 4H events. As an event coordinator, you’ll serve as an assistant—for example, as a children’s instructor at a fishing day, at an activity station at a fair, or helping to set up and take down event stations.

We organize training and orientation for event coordinators as needed.
