3) Muiden yhteydenottojen vastaanotto ja niihin liittyvät toimenpiteet.
Esimerkiksi työpalvelun työtilausten vastaanotto ja työnvälitys.
Rekisterin tietosisältö, rekisteröityjen ryhmät ja henkilötietoryhmät
Rekisteri sisältää seuraavia henkilötietoja:
1) Nimi, syntymävuosi, osoite, puhelinnumero, vanhemman tiedot, sähköpostiosoite, ohjauksen ja osallistujan kannalta oleelliset tiedot (esim. allergiat)
2) Nimi, syntymävuosi, osoite, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite, työtehtävän kannalta oleellisten asioiden kuvailu, lomakkeen täyttäjien esiin nostamat asiat ja liitteet
3) Nimi, osoite, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite, yhteydenottoon liittyvät yksityiskohdat (kuten työpalvelutarpeen kuvaus)
Tietojen säilytysaika ja tai säilytysajan määräytymisperusteet
Toteutuneen toiminnan jälkeen tiedot tilastoidaan määrällisesti ja osallistujalistat arkistoidaan 2 vuoden ajaksi tilastoinnin todentamista varten.
Työnhakuprosessin ajan, kunnes työtehtävään valitun koeaika on ohitse.
Yhteydenottoon liittyvän toiminnan mukaisesti yhteydenpitotarpeen päätyttyä.
Ko. rekisterit putsataan ja ajantasaistetaan noin kerran vuodessa.

Tietojen säännönmukaiset luovutukset
Tietoja käytetään vain Tampereen 4H -yhdistyksen toiminnassa. Tietoja käsittelevät ko. toimintaan oleellisesti liittyvät henkilöt, esim. kurssin ohjaaja, kerhonohjaaja, työhaastattelijat, työpalvelutehtävän vastaanottanut nuori sekä heidän esimiehensä.
Tietojen siirto EU:n tai ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle
Henkilötietoja ei siirretä Euroopan unionin tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle.
Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet
Tietoja säilytetään teknisesti suojattuina. Fyysinen pääsy tietoihin on estetty lukitusten sekä muiden turvatoimien avulla. Rekisteritietoja pääsevät käsittelemään ainoastaan rekisterinpitäjän nimeämät henkilöt. Käsittelijöitä sitoo vaitiolovelvollisuus.
Tarkastusoikeus ja tietojen oikaiseminen
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tarkastaa, mitä häntä koskevia tietoja rekisteriin on tallennettu. Rekisteröity voi päivittää ja muuttaa omia tietojaan ja vaatia, että virheelliset tiedot oikaistaan.
Tarkastus-, muutos- ja korjauspyynnön voi tehdä toimittamalla kirjallinen ja allekirjoitettu asiaa koskeva pyyntö edellä mainitulle rekisteriasioiden yhteyshenkilölle.
Oikeus kieltää tietojen käyttö ja oikeus peruuttaa suostumus
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus kieltää häntä koskevien tietojen käyttö ja vaatia tiedot poistettavaksi. Tämä koskee tietoja, joiden käsittely perustuu henkilön antamaan suostumukseen.
Tietojen käyttökieltoa koskevan vaatimuksen / aiemmin annetun suostumuksen peruuttamisen voi tehdä toimittamalla kirjallinen ja allekirjoitettu asiaa koskeva ilmoitus edellä mainitulle rekisteriasioiden yhteyshenkilölle.
Valitusoikeus
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus valittaa valvontaviranomaiselle, jos rekisteröity katsoo, että häntä koskevien henkilötietojen käsittelyssä rikotaan Eu:n tietosuoja-asetusta.

Purpose of use of personal data processed in the register
1) Communication and contact regarding the activities of clubs, camps, and courses
2) Receiving job applications and collecting information necessary for the job search process
3) Receiving other inquiries and taking related actions.
For example, receiving work orders for the employment service and job placement.
Data content of the registry, categories of data subjects, and categories of personal data
The registry contains the following personal data:
1) Name, year of birth, address, phone number, parent’s information, email address, and information relevant to guidance and the participant (e.g., allergies)
2) Name, year of birth, address, phone number, email address, description of matters relevant to the job, issues raised by the form fillers, and attachments
3) Name, address, phone number, email address, details regarding contact (such as a description of the need for employment services)
Data retention period and/or criteria for determining the retention period
After the activity has taken place, the data is compiled into statistics, and participant lists are archived for a period of 2 years for the purpose of verifying the statistics.
During the job search process, until the probationary period for the selected position has ended.
In accordance with communication-related activities, once the need for communication has ended.
The relevant registers are purged and updated approximately once a year.

Regular disclosures of data
The data is used solely for the operations of the Tampere 4H Association. The data is processed by individuals directly involved in the relevant activities, such as course instructors, club leaders, job interviewers, young people assigned to work service tasks, and their supervisors.
Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Principles of data protection
Data is stored using technical security measures. Physical access to the data is prevented through locks and other security measures. Only persons designated by the data controller are authorized to process the data. Processors are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
Right of access and correction of data
The data subject has the right to inspect what data concerning them has been stored in the register. The data subject may update and modify their own data and demand that incorrect data be corrected.
Requests for inspection, modification, and correction may be made by submitting a written and signed request to the aforementioned contact person for registry matters.
Right to object to the use of data and right to withdraw consent
The data subject has the right to object to the use of data concerning him or her and to request that the data be deleted. This applies to data whose processing is based on the individual’s consent.
A request to prohibit the use of data or to withdraw previously given consent may be made by submitting a written and signed notice to the aforementioned data protection contact person.
Right to Appeal
The data subject has the right to appeal to the supervisory authority if the data subject believes that the processing of their personal data violates the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
