MONIVUOTISTEN VILJELYPALSTOJEN SÄÄNNÖT 2025

Säännöt velvoittavat kaikkia palstaviljelijöitä  

Huom! Viljelypalsta-alueet ovat Tampereen kaupungin omaisuutta

Toiminta palsta-alueilla

  • Palstan hoito tulee aloittaa viimeistään kesäkuun ensimmäisellä viikolla. (Aloituspäivä muuttuu, mikäli palstan saa kesken kauden).
  • Palsta on pidettävä aina merkittynä tukevin sukunimellä varustetuin kepein tai paaluin (yksi joka nurkassa). Merkitsemättömät palstat jaamme eteenpäin.
  • Roskaaminen on kielletty - Viljelijä on velvollinen pitämään palsta-alueen ja sen lähiympäristön siistinä. Kaikki roskat, rikkinäiset välineet yms. tulee viedä pois ja hävittää asianmukaisesti. Palsta-alueiden läheisyydessä ei ole roska-astioita.
  • Oma palsta on hoidettava kokonaan lähimpään ojaan tai viereiseen palstaan asti.
  • Polut tulee kitkeä ja pitää auki oman palstan kohdalta.
  • Rikkaruohoja ei saa päästää leviämään poluille, ojiin tai muiden viljelijöiden harmiksi.
  • Viljelijöiden tulee omalta osaltaan huolehtia ojien kunnossapidosta kitkemällä ojanpientareet ja tarvittaessa kaivamalla. Ojiin ei saa heittää puutarhajätettä, jotta ojat eivät tukkeudu ja aiheuta tulvaongelmia palstalla.
  • Palstalla syntyvä puutarhajäte tulee kompostoida omalla palstalla, mikäli alueella ei ole yhteistä kompostia.
  • Puiden kaato sekä avotulen teko on ehdottomasti kielletty.
  • Kasvukauden jälkeen palsta tulee tyhjentää tavaroista ja vesitynnyrit tulee viedä pois tai jättää kyljelleen, jotta eläimiä ei huku tynnyreihin.
  • Asiallista ja muita huomioivaa käytöstä odotetaan kaikilta viljelijöiltä. Epäasiallisesta käytöksestä voi seurata palstan irtisanominen.

Viljelyssä huomioitavaa

  • Palsta-alueilla suositaan luonnonmukaista viljelyä.
  • Kemiallisten torjunta-aineiden käyttö on ehdottomasti kielletty!

Rakennelmat

  • Kiinteiden rakennelmien tekeminen on palsta-alueelle ehdottomasti kielletty, Tampereen kaupungin määräysten mukaisesti. Palstoille eivät kuulu pressukatokset, muovihuoneet, kiinteät aidat tai muut kiinteät ja kookkaat rakennelmat.
  • Sallittuja ovat helposti poistettavissa olevat mm. suojaverkot, työkalulaatikot, harsot ja tilapäiset tunnelit ja kompostikehikot.

Viljelyn lopettaminen ja palstan irtisanominen

  • Palstaa ei saa edelleen vuokrata toiselle viljelijälle, eikä sen viljelyoikeutta voi luovuttaa eteenpäin.
  • Kun haluat irtisanoa palstasi, ota yhteyttä 4H-yhdistykseen.
  • Jos jostain syystä olet väliaikaisesti estynyt huolehtimaan palstasta, ilmoita siitä 4H-yhdistykselle.
  • Hoitamattomat palstat irtisanotaan 4H:n toimesta seuraavasti: Hoitamattoman palstan viljelijälle lähetetään selvityspyyntö sähköpostitse/puhelimitse. Mikäli emme saa selvitystä määräajassa tai selvitys on puutteellinen, palstasopimus irtisanotaan tiedottamalla siitä sähköpostitse/puhelimitse.
  • Laskun maksamatta jättäminen johtaa automaattisesti palstan irtisanomiseen.
  • Kun viljely lopetetaan ja palsta irtisanotaan, tulee viljelijän huolehtia palstalta pois kaikki tavarat (myös aidat) ja roskat. Huom: Palstan siivoamisesta johtuvat kulut voidaan laskuttaa viljelijältä.

Laskutus

  • Lasku palstan vuokrasta toimitetaan sähköpostitse tai tarvittaessa postitse huhti- toukokuun aikana (viimeistään toukokuun loppuun mennessä). Laskutus hoidetaan Ropo Capital Oy:n kautta. Paperilaskun laskutuslisä on 1,50 €/lasku.

  • Palstan irtisanominen tulee hoitaa ennen laskutusta, kuitenkin viimeistään ennen laskun eräpäivää. Irtisanominen eräpäivän jälkeen ei oikeuta maksun palautukseen tai laskun peruuttamiseen.

RULES FOR PERENNIAL PLOTS 2024

The rules are binding on all plot farmers

Note! The plot areas are the property of the city of Tampere

Things to be taken into account when operating on the plot areas

  • Plot maintenance should begin no later than the first week of June. (Start date will change if the plot is received mid-season).
  • Plots must always be marked with sticks or poles with farmers family name on them (one in each corner). Unmarked plots will be distributed forward.
  • Littering is prohibited – Farmers are obliged to keep the plot area and its surrounding area clean. All garbage, broken items etc. must be taken away and disposed of properly. There are no garbage cans near the plot areas.
  • Every plot must be taken care of all the way to the nearest ditch or neighboring plot.
  • Farmers must maintain the paths next to their plot.
  • Weeds must not be allowed to spread on paths, ditches or to the annoyance of other farmers.
  • Farmers should maintain the ditches by weeding and digging so that the ditches don't get blocked and cause flooding problems on the plot area. Garden waste is not allowed to be thrown into ditches. 
  • Garden waste should be composted on farmers’ own plot, if there is no common compost in the area.
  • Cutting down trees and making open fires is strictly prohibited.
  • In the end of growing seasons, plots should be emptied of materials and water containers should be turned sideways so any animals won’t drown in them.
  • Considerate behavior is expected from all farmers. Improper behavior may result in a termination of the plot agreement. 

Things to be considered when cultivating

  • Organic farming is preferred in all plot areas.
  • The use of chemical pesticides is strictly prohibited! 

Structures

  • Building fixed structures is absolutely prohibited in the plot area, in accordance with the regulations of the city of Tampere. Structures like fences, tarp sheds, plastic rooms and other solid and/or big structures are NOT allowed  
  • Temporary e.g. easily removable toolboxes, compost frames and gauze fabric (see-through light garden fabric) tunnels ARE allowed. You can make compost as long as it is located within your own plot.

Quitting cultivation and termination of the plot agreement

  • It is NOT allowed to rent your plot forward or transfer your cultivation rights to another person.
  • When you want to quit farming and terminate the plot agreement, please contact Tampere 4H association.
  • If for some reason you are temporarily prevented from taking care of your plot, please inform the 4H association.
  • Unmaintained plots are terminated by 4H as follows: A request for clarification will be sent to the farmer of the unattended plot by email/phone. If we do not receive the clarification within the deadline or the clarification is incomplete, the plot agreement will be terminated by informing the farmer by email/phone.
  • Failure to pay the invoice will automatically result in the termination of the plot agreement.
  • When quitting farming and the plot agreement is terminated, the farmer must clear the plot of all items (including fences) and garbage. Note: The farmer may be charged for the costs of cleaning the plot.

Invoicing

  • The invoice for the plot rent is sent by email, or by mail, if necessary, by a company called Ropo Capital. There is a 1,50 € billing cost added to the invoice delivered by mail. 
  • Invoices are sent during April or May (at the latest by the end of May).

  • You must announce quitting before invoicing and at the latest before the due date of the invoice. Termination after the due date of the invoice does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of the invoice.
