YKSIVUOTISTEN VILJELYPALSTOJEN SÄÄNNÖT 2025

Säännöt velvoittavat kaikkia palstaviljelijöitä  

Huom! Viljelypalsta-alueet ovat Tampereen kaupungin omaisuutta

Palstan käyttöönotto

  • Viljelykausi alkaa keväällä palstojen mittauksen jälkeen. Aloituksesta tiedotetaan erikseen.
  • Palstan viljely on aloitettava kahden viikon (14 vrk) kuluessa palstan vastaanottamisesta.
  • Jos jostain syystä et pysty huolehtimaan palstasta, ilmoita siitä meille.

Viljelykauden aikana

  • Palsta-alueilla suositaan luonnonmukaista viljelyä. Kemiallisten torjunta-aineiden käyttö on ehdottomasti kielletty.
  • Oma palsta pidetään koko kauden ajan merkittynä sukunimellä varustetuin kepein tai paaluin (yksi joka nurkassa).
  • Roskaaminen on kielletty - Viljelijä on velvollinen pitämään palsta-alueen ja sen lähiympäristön siistinä. Kaikki roskat, rikkinäiset välineet yms. tulee viedä pois ja hävittää asianmukaisesti. Palsta-alueiden läheisyydessä ei ole roska-astioita.
  •  Oma palsta on hoidettava kokonaan lähimpään ojaan, polkuun tai viereiseen palstaan asti; Rikkaruohoja ei saa päästää leviämään muiden viljelijöiden harmiksi.
  • Viljelijöiden tulee huolehtia ojien kunnossapidosta kitkemällä ja tarvittaessa kaivamalla, jotta ojat eivät tukkeudu ja aiheuta tulvaongelmia palstalla. Ojiin ei saa heittää kasvijätettä.
  • Kasvijätteistä on huolehdittava viemällä ne pois palsta-alueelta tai esikompostoimalla ne palstalla ja levittämällä maahan kauden päätteeksi.
  •  Asiallista ja muita huomioivaa käytöstä odotetaan kaikilta viljelijöiltä. Epäasiallisesta käytöksestä voi seurata palstan irtisanominen.
  •  Puiden kaato sekä avotulen teko on ehdottomasti kielletty.
  • Palsta-aluetta saa käyttää̈ vain viljelyyn. Ei telttailua, grillaamista tai ylimääräisten tavaroiden säilyttämistä.

Rakennelmat

  • Kiinteiden rakennelmien tekeminen on palsta-alueelle ehdottomasti kielletty, Tampereen kaupungin määräysten mukaisesti. Palstoille eivät kuulu pressukatokset, muovihuoneet tai muut kiinteät ja kookkaat rakennelmat.
  • Sallittuja ovat helposti poistettavissa olevat mm. suojaverkot, työkalulaatikot, harsot ja tilapäiset tunnelit. Kompostin saa tehdä, kunhan se sijaitsee oman palstan sisällä.

Viljelykauden päätös

  • Viljelykausi päättyy syksyllä erikseen tiedotettavana päivänä, jonka jälkeen pellot muokataan koneellisesti.
  • Viljelykauden päättyessä sadon tulee olla korjattuna ja palsta pitää tyhjentää kaikista tavaroista. Viljelijöiden on vietävä kaikki roskat, energia- ja sekajäte pois palsta-alueelta. Pellolta pitää poistaa myös kivet ja kepit. Peltoon jääneet tavarat (myös kivet) voivat rikkoa maankääntäjän koneet.

Laskutus

  • Lasku palstan vuokrasta toimitetaan sähköpostitse tai tarvittaessa postitse, useimmiten elokuun aikana, kuitenkin viimeistään viljelykauden loppuun mennessä.
  •  Laskutus hoidetaan Ropo Capital Oy:n kautta. Paperilaskun laskutuslisä on 1,50 €/lasku.
  • Palstan irtisanominen tulee hoitaa ennen laskutusta ja viimeistään ennen laskun eräpäivää. Irtisanominen laskun eräpäivän jälkeen ei oikeuta maksun palautukseen tai laskun peruuttamiseen.

  • Laskun maksamatta jättäminen poistaa oikeuden jatkaa viljelijänä seuraavana vuonna.

RULES FOR ANNUAL PLOTS 2025

The rules are binding on all plot farmers

Starting of the cultivation season

  • The cultivation season starts in the spring after the plots are measured. The start date will be announced separately.
  • The cultivation of the plot must begin within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the plot.
  • If there is some reason why you are unable to use your plot during growing season, inform us about it.

During the cultivation season

  • Organic farming is preferred in all plot areas. The use of chemical pesticides is strictly prohibited.
  • Plots must be marked throughout the season with sticks or poles with farmers family name on them (one in each corner).
  • Littering is prohibited - The farmer is obliged to keep the plot area and its surrounding area clean. All garbage, broken items etc. must be taken away and disposed properly. There are no garbage cans near the plot areas.
  • Plots must be maintained all the way to the nearest ditch, path or neighboring plot; Plots must be kept free from weeds so that any weeds will not spread to disturb neighbour farmers.
  • Farmers must maintain the ditches by weeding and, if necessary, digging, so that the ditches do not become blocked and cause flooding problems on the plot area. Plant waste is not allowed to be thrown into ditches.
  • Plant waste must be disposed of by removing it from the plot area or by pre-composting it in the plot and spreading it on the ground at the end of the season.
  • Considerate behavior is expected from all farmers. Improper behavior may result in the termination of the plot agreement.
  • Cutting down trees and making open fires is strictly prohibited.
  • The plot area may only be used for cultivation. No camping, grilling, or storing extra items.

Structures

  • Building fixed structures is absolutely prohibited in the plot area, in accordance with the regulations of the city of Tampere. Structures like fences, tarp sheds, plastic rooms and other solid and/or big structures are NOT allowed
  • Temporary e.g. easily removable toolboxes, compost frames and gauze fabric (see-through light garden fabric) tunnels ARE allowed. You can make compost as long as it is located within your own plot.

End of the cultivation season

  • The cultivation season ends in autumn on a date to be announced separately, after which the fields will be plowed mechanically.
  • At the end of the cultivation season, the crops must be harvested, and the plot must be emptied of all material. Farmers must remove all their belongings including garbage and waste from the plot area. Stones and sticks must also be removed from the field. Items left in the field (including stones) could break the machines.

Invoicing

  • The invoice for the plot rent is sent by email, or by mail, if necessary, by a company called Ropo Capital. There is a 1,5€ billing cost added to the invoice delivered by mail.  
  • Invoices are sent most often during August, but at the latest by the end of the growing season.
  • You must announce quitting before invoicing and at the latest before the due date of the invoice. Termination after the due date of the invoice does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of the invoice.

  • Failure to pay the invoice will result in the loss of the right to continue as a farmer the following year.
